Telstra has indicated the possibility of ceasing negotiations and progressing its EBA2024 offer to a vote of employees.

This offer will most likely consist of the negotiated conditions we have communicated to members, along with the following wage outcomes:

Workstream
4% in year one, 3.5% in year two, 3% in year three

Job Family
Wage Pool:
4% in year one, 3.5% in year two, 3% in year three

Guaranteed minimum for those who achieve a performance rating 3:
3% in year one, 2.5% in year two, 2% in year three.

It is incredibly important that the Union seeks and understands the views of as many of its members as possible in considering the next steps in the bargaining campaign.
